Słodkie Upominki is a leading producer of advertising sweets on the European market. Today, our team consists of over 80 people, and its vast majority are employees with many years of experience. Some of them have been with us since the company was founded, that is for over 20 years.
Environmental protection is our priority. As one of the European leaders in the advertisement sweets industry, we constantly implement various environmentally friendly solutions, not only regarding the product but also the production process in our factory. We have no doubt that we will manage to change the world for the better, step by step.
We care about the development of staff skills and competences as well as about creating a unique and friendly workplace at every level, which is why we emphasize the participation of employees in modern trainings and workshops. From the very first day at the company, each new member of our team is subjected to trainings and, with the help of a dedicated supervisor, familiarized with our organization, so that she/he felt comfortable with us in the shortest possible time.
We particularly care about building positive relations in the team, among other things through open communication and mutual respect. We celebrate important moments in the professional and private lives of our employees, such as weddings, the birth of a child, promotions and jubilees.
The Employee Activity Programme implemented in the company is aimed at stimulating the activity of the entire team to use experience, skills, creativity and personal predispositions as well as at seeking for new solutions, improving work at every position, improving standards and building a positive work environment.
Our tradition is also the title of the Employee of the Month, a monthly distinction awarded to employees who have demonstrated a special commitment and care for the company interest, accompanied by an appropriate gift. Employees of the Sales Department participate in a competition organized among the members of their team, which ends with a grand prize at the end of the year.
In addition, while caring for team integration, we jointly celebrate company Christmas Eve and summer outdoor events.
